Welcome to YOU&MAE. A place where your only priority is you. Where you can feel, move, and grow. Where you can be your best self. A place where you can recharge, refocus, and regain confidence.
YOU&MAE was born in 2023 – an idea of Mae van Dalen, a BASI Certified Pilates Mat teacher with a lifetime of professional movement experience. Mae has been a Pilates enthusiast since she was introduced to it in ballet school. How you feel more space and strength in your body with relatively simple movements appealed to her. If you are looking for a place to train in a conscious, safe, and fun manner, then this is the place to be.
